Red Hematite Included Quartz Crystals

Phantom quartz crystal are visible in the in the interior of quartz crystals, outlining an earlier stage of the crystal's formation. These phantoms are usually made up of other minerals such as chlorite, goethite or hematite or other varieties of quartz such as milky quartz, smoky quartz or even amethyst. They form within the quartz at a specific point in it's growth. The crystal then continues in it's development encasing the phantom.

Metaphysical Information on Phantom Crystals

The more I am in contact with these red quartz crystals the more I like them. From a metaphysical perspective their energy seems as warm and vibrant as their color. They will both aid in accessing intellectual information and increasing intuition and vitality. They are used in the stimulation of the first three chakras. These Red phantoms crystals are considered rare and are thought to stimulate the cellular structure of the body and enable it to recognize the reasons for dis-ease whilst assisting in correcting the malfunction. They are also used as a metaphysical tool in meditation and the recall of past lives. The red hematite crystals are known for their joyous energy. 

These hematite included crystal clusters have some wonderfully sharp red phantoms, good color and luster. These quartz crystal clusters come from the Orange River area of South Africa near to where the Orange Healers are found.  

Instead of the more often seen hematite included this piece is hematite stained. The orange color is delightful but more unusual is the red quartz around the base and the striking etchings on the face.
