Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy. It will appear in the shopping basket at the top of the page you are browsing. After you have finished your selection, click on "go to checkout" and you will be taken through to our secure shopping cart. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Shipping costs are calculated by item and the total shipping cost per item will appear in the cart. There are no additional charges and packaging and handling are free.
You are under no obligation to buy at
this stage and can alter the items in your cart as many times as you wish.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. For
your assurance of purchasing with confidence from our website we offer a SSL
SECURE ORDER FORM via the very reputable Worldpay. You enjoy all the security
and guarantees that go with this. All credit card information is sent to us with
the latest and most secure software available. With SSL ENCRYPTION you can be
assured your card information is in safe hands.
The fastest alternative method is to
request your bank to make a swift transfer directly to us. All you need do is
give our
swift code details to your bank, we will receive your payment within 48 hours and ship.

We also accept International Money Orders made out to P Sandham and sent snail mail to 47 The Vines Heritage Park Somerset West 7130 South Africa. When using either of these methods please e-mail us to reserve the items for you and to establish postal charges. Please register the envelope and email us wit hthe registration reference number.
Should you wish to use either Swift Transfer or International Money Order please ask us to reserve the stone for you before making transfer or sending a Money Order.
Please note: We have had instances where buyers have, in all good faith, sent us US Postal Services Postal Money Orders. These are clearly marked negotiable only in the US and possessions. We are unable to cash these money orders and are therefore forced to return them to the sender.
Customer Satisfaction
Every item, down to the last tumbled
stone, is hand picked. We do not buy in bulk and pride ourselves in the quality
and variety that we offer. This
assures you that only the best reaches our store.
Shipping
We send your order by registered
airmail.
Generally your order will be
dispatched within one working day of receipt. If there is any delay you will be
notified immediately. If we are unable to dispatch for any reason within 5
working days of receipt of order you will be given the option to cancel your
order and receive a full refund.
Guarantee
Your goods should be received in perfect condition. If however they are not please contact us and we will arrange for them to be returned and replaced or your monies refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We must first authorize returns. Do
not return any item without contacting us before hand! We are not responsible
for any returns with non-protective packaging.
For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. . We allow our customers 2 days to inspect their purchase, if
after this time you decide that it is not what you expected or if it arrives
damaged you are welcome to return it. If
this option is taken, then once received by us we will refund the cost of the
item returned within 30 days.

privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and
in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about
you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you
with the best possible service. We will never sell or trade your personal

Weights and sizes are not 100% accurate but are within a few
grams/millimetres and as we err on the side of caution the item may be
marginally larger than indicated on our pages.
Order acceptance and the
completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of
the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept
your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How
to Cancel and Order.
