This exceptional enhydro quartz crystal is the most unusual I have ever seen. The cluster itself is beautifully balanced and has some exceptional metaphysical properties. That it also has a large bubble (seen left) with excellent movement about two thirds of the way up the shaft of the upright crystal is almost a bonus. The vertical point is undamaged. There is some minor damage to the large base crystal and to some of the small crystals at the base. This cluster is sold. More enhydro crystals here.

As you can see from the photo above this crystal cluster displays exceptionally well. It is from the Brandberg region of Namibia and has a hint of amethyst in both the large and the smaller crystal at the base. The upright point is milky at the tip becoming water clear in the shaft. The slight red hue is accounted for by speckles of harlequin red hematite (seen above right). It has the most interesting form. Note the curved shaft of the horizontal crystal. This rock specimen is self standing.

From a metaphysical perspective the stone brings together the properties of amethyst and hematite amplified by the quartz cluster. Amethyst is said to aid in bringing serenity, calming ones mind and gaining inner peace. It clears the aura, balances intellect, emotion and body and transmutes dysfunctional energy from within the body. It is a much valued meditation stone. The harlequin point brings vibrancy which stimulates the body at all levels and helps to activate the chakras. The hematite assists with balance and grounding negativity. As you can see these minerals compliment each other well in this specimen. 

The cluster itself has some special formations. The long vertical point is a generator or Merlin which has long been recognized as a powerful metaphysical tool. It can be used to energize all the bodies and is especially useful in cleansing the chakras and replacing the negative with the positive. The enhydro is a great purifier and bringer of joy. It will also help the other minerals function to their optimum level and elevate energy flow. The yin/yang of milky and clear quartz brings further balance of the male and female energies.

The large base crystal is a shovel formation which provides for the gathering of information that will assist in problem solving and inward reflection. The multiple points at the rear of this crystal make it an E.T. crystal thought to aid in increasing self confidence and view things in a more inter-dimensional manner. Note that this base crystal is also self healed which combined with the generator would increase the healing properties of this crystal. There are horizontal striations on three sides of this shaft. There is an enhydro bubble without movement.  It also has a very pretty rainbow and the vertical point is a singing crystal.

All in all one of the most energized crystals I have had the privilege to handle. It would be wonderful for individual or group meditation, healing or as a powerful and positive room stone.
